Matrix Hires Senior Project Manager
in the Northeast


Florham Park, NJ - Kevin Scully has joined Matrix New World Engineering, Inc. as a Senior Project Manager.

Mr. Scully is a Hydrogeologist and Project Manager with over 26 years of experience in the environmental industry specializing in site investigation and remediation. His expertise includes the management and execution of oil and hazardous material investigations at Comprehensive Environmental Responsibility, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), and Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP) sites as well as remediation of sites in Alaska, Missouri, New Jersey, Rhode Island, South Carolina and Texas.

Mr. Scully's work experience includes: due diligence portfolio investigations of commercial properties for real estate investors and insurance companies; borehole geophysical investigations; dense, non-aqueous phase liquid investigations; emergency response activities for fuel spills; and the design and execution of groundwater quality and aquifer characterization investigations. He has also been responsible for environmental compliance during construction activities at major facility design and construction efforts at Brownfields sites.

Mr. Scully is a Licensed Professional Geologist in the State of New Hampshire (#481), a Licensed Site Professional (LSP) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (#1006), and a Registered Third-Party Underground Storage Tank (UST) Inspector in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (#1006). He is a member of the Massachusetts LSP Association. Mr. Scully holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Boston College Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. He resides in Nashua, NH.
